AGB

If the buyer chooses track shipment for their package and the package is lost, Benign Viking will reimburse you or make a new bag without additional cost.

If the buyer does not track shipment for the package, the shipment is the buyer's responsibility and Benign Viking will be paid in full, even if the package is lost.

Damage of the bag caused by Benign Viking's work, will be repaired without cost. 

Damaged caused by the buyer will not be reimbursed or repaired without cost.
